Yes! We recommend ordering at least 5–7 days in advance. Larger events and custom installations should be booked as early as possible.

Air-filled balloons typically last several days to several weeks, depending on the environment. Helium balloons generally last 8–24 hours for latex balloons and several days for foil balloons.

We are based in Little Rock and serve all surrounding areas for an additional travel fee. (Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Bryant, Pine Bluff etc.)

Deposits are non-refundable because they reserve your event date. Events can be rescheduled for up to 6 months after the initial event date.

Yes, but weather can affect balloon décor. Heat, wind, rain, and direct sunlight may shorten balloon life. We'll recommend the best options for your event.

Our storefront is open on Saturdays from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM. Pickup appointments are available throughout the week for pre-ordered items.
